Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date (which will be tracked) to be eligible for a refund. There are absolutely no refunds whatsoever after the 14 days. Le Vella Arts is not responsible for any damages caused by shipping carriers and will not provide a refund for this circumstance (claims about damages will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis). 

If an item is returned in poor condition, the customer will be charged a damage fee for the inconvenience. 

$25 for items less than $50 

$50 for items more than $50 

All Exclusive Piece Items are ready to ship and should arrive within 7-10 business days, except for holiday delays and unforeseen weather conditions. Le Vella Arts is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carriers.
